All colours, sizes, quantities, specifications & descriptions shown on this website are supplied in good faith but without warranty. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, although we make every effort to update information as soon as is reasonably possible. Certain images are provided for illustration purposes only. All links to manufacturers web sites are for information purposes only and U.K. supplied contents may vary.

Ordering

We aim to process all orders on the same working day as receipt and all products are supplied subject to availability. An automated confirmation e mail will be sent to confirm your details and the products ordered – this is for guidance only and you will be contacted directly in the event of a query, price change or shortage of a product if relevant. We reserve the right to refuse the supply of any item without providing a reason. All products remain the property of Bridal Style until payment in full has cleared. All personal information provided by yourself is only used in the processing of your order and is not forwarded to a third party.

Delivery

All delivery times quoted are for working days which exclude Saturday, Sunday and any Public Holidays. Delivery times quoted are for guidance only and all shipments are governed by the Terms & Conditions of the relevant carrier. No claim for liability or consequential loss can be accepted against the late delivery of a parcel.

Returns and Refunds

In addition to your statutory rights under the Distance Selling Directive you have the right to cancel an order.

This must be made in writing and received within 7 days from the day after you place the order. You are responsible for the safe storage and return of the items at your cost and risk. All items must be received back in the original condition as supplied within 14 days of the original order date. A refund will be issued within 30 days.

This will exclude any item specially ordered. All claims for shortages, damaged or defective items must be made in writing within 7 days of receipt. Any item returned as faulty that is found to have no fault will occur a handling charge.
